"Our policy is to tell the TRUTH, our goal is to change the truth we have to tell."

~ One at a Time

ACT has been busy in your community.   We just enjoyed a great friend and fundraiser Saturday May 8 our wonderful Puppypalooza was a success!   It was so fun and we got to meet a lot of great people who came out to show support for our not so little animal rescue.  The generosity from our supporters was surreal.    But we don’t get to slow down, not even a second.   Sadly everyday dogs and cats are dying here in our Valley, for everyone that we take out of the shelter 5 more come in.  Kittens are coming in by the boxful, literally.  We have two options we could either say there are just too many or we can start to fight for their lives.  Fight for change in our community.   We have all learned from the time we were children living in Fresno County, “You can’t save them all”, but have you ever asked yourself why?  Then when you get the answer, do you accept it and go on about your day or do you say that is simply not good enough!  Our Valley animals deserve more.   Spay/neuter your pets, but don’t stop there spay/neuter someone else’s, find a cause, get involved, adopt, educate and BELIEVE that together we can stop the killing of wonderful family pets in our community.

Be the change you wish to see in the world ~ anonymous

"WE are the rescue for the little brown Chihuahua! WE are the rescue for the Shepherd Mix, Pit bulls and Chow Chows! Black cats don't scare us! Homeless duck, goat or horse bring it on! Our goal is to be non-discriminating with breed or species. We will work with shelters and rescues to save as many Valley lives as possible! WE may be their only HOPE..." ~ Amanda Allen
